LEAD SAFETY
Great Craft Works recognizes the following industry standards regarding the lead content of jewelry products:
1) the United States Government Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) Guidelines;
2) the California Lead-Containing Jewelry Las; and
3) the California Proposition 65 Guidelines. Said regulations govern the permissible amount of lead in jewelry products, with an emphasis on children's jewelry and body-piercing jewelry. While Great Craft Works makes a concerted effort to ensure the safety of its valuable customers, please note that NONE of the products available on this site are intended for (or recommended for) use in children's jewelry design or for use by children.
